Indonesia - Wilmar Group

December 4, 2008 - CAO Compliance has issued Terms of Reference for its audit of IFC regarding the case of Wilmar Group and complaint by Forest Peoples Programme.

Kenya - Pan-African Paper Mills (PPM)

December 2, 2008 - Parties have reached agreement to initiate a Stakeholders' Forum to address social and environmental concerns regarding Pan-African Paper Mills
in Webuye, Kenya.
