 Textual Steps

 1) Click the 'My INDR Profile' link.  This should take you to your profile page.

2) Next, scroll to the top of this page.  Just above the INDR picture with a incomplete globe, saying "No Photo", you will see the grey box 'edit'.  

3) Move your mouse pointer over this grey box and drop down options will appear.  

4) Use the second option to upload a profile picture.  The picture is tricky though.  You need to make sure that the image size is small enough (the actual dimension limitations are 200x500).  If all of your pictures exceed these parameters you need to find image resizing software.  (Try searching www.softpedia.com for image resizing freeware.)  Once you have an image that is small enough, you need to upload it by clicking 'Browse...', finding the image on your computer, selecting, and then clicking 'upload' next to the browse button on the internet page.
