**Note:  The numbers of both texual steps and visual steps correlate.**

 Textual Steps

 1) Click the 'My INDR Profile' link.  This should take you to your profile page.

2) Next, scroll to the top of this page.  Just above the INDR picture with a incomplete globe, saying "No Photo", you will see the grey box 'edit'.  

3) Move your mouse pointer over this grey box and drop down options will appear.  

4)Use the first option by clicking 'update user profile' to update what text is shown on your page.  To change the text you need to type in each box what you want. (Two things to remember, you need to save the changes you type in by clicking the 'update' box at the bottom of this page and what you type in should be succinct.)
