As part of its safeguard policy update (SPU), the Asian Development Bank is revising its 1995 involuntary resettlement policy. Following 14 workshops, some of which were boycotted by non-governmental organizations (NGOs), a revised version was posted in late September 2008. Public comments are requested for a 30 day period.
