 **Note:  The numbers of both texual steps and visual steps correlate.**

 Textual Steps

1) Find the “lost password?” link near the login and registration on the left side of the webpage.  Click this link.

2) A new page will load.  Provide your user name and email address. 

3) Make sure you submit the correct information otherwise this will statement will appear:  “Sorry, no corresponding User was found”.

4) If you successfully entered in your information check for the email (at the address you provided) and follow the directions stated in the email.  **It’s important to note that your old password has been changed at this point, but you can change your password once logging in.

Ten years after publication of the report of the World Commission on Dams (WCD), UNEP is seeking feedback on the degree to which the recommendations of the WCD have been adopted and put into practice.
